The following updates have been made to the WhatsApp for Business manual:
Assigning a WhatsApp Chat:
- Added point 5.7 on pages 11-12 outlining the process of assigning a WhatsApp chat to another branch or user.
Ticket Assignment Guidelines:
- Added point 5.8 on pages 12-13 specifying what actions not to take when assigning tickets to ensure proper handling.
Closing/Completing Tickets:
- Added clarification in the overview section (5.9) on page 13 regarding the process of closing/completing tickets.
